E-Waste Law
Effective January 1, 2012 Private and Public Waste haulers/transporters in accordance with the New York State Electronic Equipment Recycling and Reuse Act, are prohibited from collecting electronic waste, unless it is destined for recycling/reuse.
- Televisions
- Computers, computer peripherals
- VCR’s, DVD’s etc...
will now be a “Special†Pick-Up.
